Across The Restaurant Group they recognise the impact their practice has on the environment. Becoming aligned with the Zero Carbon Forum’s commitment to be net zero by 2040, they shifted focus to reducing carbon emissions and energy usage.

Installing our Coolnomix units through locations across the country meant they can save over 185 kg of carbon emissions annually per unit. Helping to improve their ESG rating and save money on energy bills.

The Restaurant Group’s journey to Net Zero 

As a member of the Zero Carbon Forum, its job is to drive a number of changes to achieve net zero. The Group have embarked on a move to renewable electricity, gas and LPG across their directly contracted supplies. They have identified the supply chain emissions hotspots and used to this develop a number of short and long-term decarbonisation activities, including the implementation of Coolnomix.

‘Preserving The Future’ is the Groups programme that shapes and drives the Environmental and Social agenda of operating ethically and sustainably, to continuously find ways to reduce their carbon footprint, to further contribute to communities and to improve the health and well-being of customers and colleagues.
