Monitor,Verify, and Control Energy
Across Every Site You Run
Pulse gives UK multi-site estates live energy monitoring, remote asset control and savings verified to IPMVP, ISO 50001 and CIBSE TM39. One platform that shows you where energy is going, lets you act on it, and gives your finance team and auditors numbers that hold up.
All reductions independently verified to IPMVP standard.

One Platform, Three Promises. The Difference Between Seeing Your Data and Acting On It
See
Every watt across every site, refreshed every 30 seconds
Pulse tracks live consumption at site, circuit and asset level, pulling half-hourly data from across your estate into one dashboard. You get anomaly alerts as they happen rather than finding out when the bill arrives, and it covers electricity, gas, water and heat, not just power.
Prove
Independently verified savings you can put in front of anyone
Every saving Pulse reports is measured against a verified pre-installation baseline, normalised for weather and production, and confirmed in an independent monthly M&V report. Your finance director can hand it to any third party and it stands up.
Control
Switch off, schedule and optimise from any device, on any site
Pulse gives you remote control of HVAC, refrigeration, lighting and other high-energy assets, with scheduling across the whole estate and automatic out-of-hours shutoff. It bolts onto your existing BMS or runs standalone, so there's no ripping out what you already have.
The Verification MoatSavings Claims Are Easy, Proving Them Is Not
When your finance director asks how you arrived at a 14% reduction, most energy dashboards have no real answer, because counting kilowatts is not the same as proving savings. Pulse was built for exactly that conversation, with every figure traced back to a verified baseline.
Live Energy Monitoring, M&V and Asset Control in One Platform
Most competitors sell EMS, M&V and control as separate products, while Pulse runs them as one system with one dashboard, one data layer and one bill.
Energy Management System
A structured energy improvement programme rather than a dashboard with marketing dressed on top, built around site targets, verified baselines, action plans and a continuous improvement loop.
Live Energy Monitoring
Consumption tracked at site, circuit and asset level, with half-hourly data alongside live readings. Anomaly detection catches things like a fridge running warm at 3am before it shows up on a bill.
Measurement and Verification
Measurement plans built to IPMVP Options A, B and C, normalised for weather and production, with every saving independently verified against a locked pre-installation baseline.
Asset Control
Remote and scheduled control of HVAC, refrigeration, lighting and other high-energy assets, running standalone or bolted onto your existing BMS.
Energy Reporting
Monthly verified savings reports written in plain English and generated from your live monitoring data, with every figure independently checkable by your finance team or any third party.
Real-Time Alerts
Alerts for out-of-hours consumption, demand spikes, asset failures and temperature drift, sent by mobile, email or Slack and routed to the right person on the right shift.
Portfolio Benchmarking
Compare site against site, region against region and before against after, so you can see which sites are underperforming, spot what's working and roll it out across the estate.
Open Integration
Connects over REST API, Modbus, BACnet and LoRaWAN, and bolts onto your BMS, finance system or facilities platform without lock-in or proprietary protocols.
The intelligence layer behind the UK's most deployed reduction stack.
Where dashboards end and decisions begin.

Pulse tracks every site and every circuit at 30 second intervals, showing your cost savings and carbon avoidance as they happen.
Machine learning spots the patterns and our own analysts review every finding, so you get told what's happening and what to do about it.
Savings verified to IPMVP standard and broken down by appliance type, so your finance director can sign off every number.

From First Call to Live Data in 14 Days
Free Data Audit
Send us your half-hourly data and we'll return a savings proposal and verification plan within 24 hours, free and with no obligation.
Site Survey & Baseline
Our engineers visit your sites and lock the IPMVP aligned baseline, which means savings are guaranteed rather than estimated and your contract is written around verified numbers.
Installation
We fit non invasive CT clamps and LoRaWAN gateways in a single day per site, with no production shutdown, and the work is done by our own 14 in-house engineers rather than subcontractors.
Live, Verified, Reported
Pulse goes live the same day, with every saving tracked and confirmed from day one and monthly M&V reports prepared from your live data and delivered in plain English.
Priced Around Your Estate, Not Per Seat
Start with what you need and scale as your estate grows. Pick the tier that fits, then choose how you pay.
Up to 4 meters per site with a live dashboard, real time alerts and a monthly savings summary report, giving smaller estates live visibility without paying for capability they don't need yet.

Hardware, the CT clamp kit and the LoRaWAN gateway are installed by Powerhub engineers and included in whichever commercial model you choose.
Three Ways To Pay, and Every One Pays for Itself
However you want to structure it, the savings cover the cost, whether you buy it, subscribe to it, or pay purely out of what we save you. Every figure is verified by Pulse, so the numbers are never in dispute.
CAPEX
Purchase the platform and hardware up front, which means you own the asset, keep all of the savings from day one and get the fastest payback of the three.
OPEX
There's no capital outlay, just a fixed monthly fee covering the platform, the hardware and ongoing support, and the savings typically exceed the subscription from month one.
Flexible Agreement
This is the lowest risk route, where we install at no upfront cost and take an agreed share of the verified savings, so if we do not save you money, you do not pay.
What buyers, auditors and finance teams ask first.
What is an Energy Management System (EMS)?
An EMS is software and hardware that helps a business monitor, control and reduce its energy consumption. Powerhub Pulse is a full EMS aligned to ISO 50001, adding measurement and verification to IPMVP standard along with remote asset control, and while most platforms in the UK market do one or two of these, Pulse does all four.
How does Powerhub verify the savings?
IPMVP is the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol, the global standard for verifying energy savings, and Powerhub Pulse is the only UK EMS that delivers IPMVP Option A, B and C measurement plans as standard
This matters because savings that are not measured to IPMVP cannot be put on a balance sheet, used as compliance evidence, or trusted in an exit data room. Without IPMVP your savings are only claims, whereas with IPMVP they are proof.
What reporting does Powerhub Pulse generate?
Pulse collects live energy data across every site and circuit, month by month, and that data forms the verified energy baseline your team needs for any reporting obligation. Pulse Compliance, launching September 2026, will use the same data layer to support a range of regulatory reporting requirements.
Does Pulse work with my existing Building Management System (BMS)?
Yes, Pulse uses an open API with Modbus, BACnet and LoRaWAN support, so it bolts onto your existing BMS, finance system or facilities platform without ripping out what you already have. There is no lock in or proprietary protocol, and you can run Pulse alongside your current setup or use it standalone.
How quickly can Powerhub Pulse be deployed?
Pulse is typically deployed in 14 days from signed proposal. Our own team of 14 engineers install the CT clamps and LoRaWAN gateway in one day per site with no production shutdown, and the platform goes live the same day.
What size businesses use Powerhub Pulse?
Any UK business spending £50,000 or more per year on energy is a fit. Our customers include multi site estates in hospitality (Greene King, Thwaites), hotels (Mercure, RBH Hospitality), food manufacturing, retail, healthcare, leisure (Tees Active) and industrial sectors.
How much does Powerhub Pulse cost?
Pulse is priced per site per month at £40 for Starter, £65 for Professional (most popular), £90 for Enterprise. Hardware is a one time cost from £150 per site covering the CT clamp kit and LoRaWAN gateway installed by Powerhub engineers, and there are no setup fees or subscription minimums above the per site rate.
